A Jacobson ring is a commutative (unital) ring whose every prime ideal is an intersection of the maximal ideals which contain it.

Equivalently, every radical ideal is an intersection of maximal ideals. Equivalently, the Zariski topology on its spectrum is a Jacobson topology?.
