nLab Victor Maslov

A Soviet and Russian mathematical physicist. Discovered Maslov index, Fourier integral operators (in terms of “canonical operator”), Maslov-Feynman calculus, systematic approach to WKB method to all orders, corresponding “Maslov” quantization conditions and the complex WKB method. He also works on idempotent analysis.
