Schreiber self-dual holographic duals of infinity-Chern-Simons theory

Idea

It is fairly well known that ordinary abelian higher dimensional Chern-Simons theory in dimension $4k+3$ ($k \in \mathbb{N}$) is related via a holographic principle to abelian self-dual higher gauge theory in dimension $4k+2$.

We discuss here the generalization of this statement in the general context of ∞-Chern-Simons theory.
