nLab oriented link

Idea

In knot theory, an oriented link (in particular: oriented knot) is a link $L \,\colon\, (S^1)^{\sqcup^n} \to X$ (e.g. a knot $K \colon S^1 \to X$) equipped with an orientation on all the domain circles.
