Idea

In physics one says “superfield” when referring to a field (physics) in the context of supersymmetric field theory.

Technically, given a supermanifold XX (“superspace”), then the superspace of superfields is the internal hom Hom̲(X,)\underline{Hom}(X,\mathbb{R}) or Hom̲(X,)\underline{Hom}(X,\mathbb{C}) of real or complex valued functions on XX.

See at geometry of physics – supergeometry this example.
