Idea

By a condensed module spectrum one should generally mean a module spectrum in the context of condensed mathematics, hence a condensed object internal to module spectra.

Definition

Given an E-infinity ring RR, a condensed RR-module spectrum is a (infinity,1)-sheaf of RR-module spectra on the pro-étale (infinity,1)-site of the point, small relative to a universe 𝒰\mathcal{U}.
